Our client is a small Medical Device company that develops and manufactures a number of medical products in the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation markets. They are currently in need of a Complaint Handling & CAPA Specialist to drive/support process improvements.

Background & Responsibilities:

Our client seeks a Complaint & CAPA Specialist with a Medical Device background focused in Quality Systems, and Change Orders. They will be responsible for helping implement Process Changes to the Complaint Handling & CAPA Systems. They will also be responsible for dealing with Complaints & CAPA’ s as they arise. As such, the consultant should have experience with QS Change Orders, Process Improvements, and day-to-day CAPA & Complaint Handling.
