Epic Optime Anesthesia Expert
Our client is live with Epic 2014 and will be eventually working on an upgrade to 2016. They currently need a strong Optime/Anesthesia expert to join the team and help support project work, troubleshooting, and eventual upgrade efforts.
Day to Day Responsibilities-
Our client needs someone from the analyst side of things that can knows how to handle support and project work. This person will be used in a combination of ways to support tickets, troubleshooting, basic changes, user issues, tickets etc. The main focus will be to support what is live with modifications and users issues, but they will eventually get pulled into the upgrade. If the person has ever had any upgrade experience that would be a huge plus. This person NEEDS to be Optime certified even if they do not have NVT and must have worked on the Anesthesia side. Since they will provide hands on support they need be comfortable onsite 5 days a week and with all aspects of Willow. The person will need to be comfortable with requirement gathering, testing, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, service requests, analytical work, and mapping.
As an Optime expert they need to have supported Optime/Anesthesia application. They should have roughly 4 or 5 years of hands on Optime experience. They need to be certified and need to have dealt with all aspects of the Optime functionality. This person needs to understand how to do production support, tickets, and enhancements on all aspects of what the application offers.
