PeopleSoft Ben Admin (ACA/Open Enrollment/Integration' s)
The client is currently live with PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM and Payroll; they are working efforts around Benefits Admin and ACA. They currently need a strong functional Ben Admin resource to help with setting up functionality to support ACA, open enrollment changes, and Integrations.
This project is based around this client’ s open enrollment and ACA install. They are live with 9.1 and would like a functional benefits/Ben Admin consultant that has worked on 9.1 to come in and help with the work load of administering the open enrollment functionality changes and installing the support framework for ACA. They need someone to come in and work with the internal benefit person in order to do the benefit changes. The consultant will help with gathering requirements, doing all the necessary configuration, testing, setting up any changes, testing those changes, and finally administering open enrollment for the employees. The consultant might be working on eligibility changes, but they are not sure as of now, there will def be many benefit changes the consultant is dealing with. This person must have implemented ACA and done open enrollment. They must have also done STD/LTD integration set up.
From a functional perspective all typical skills are required of the FLC, including; Configuration, Testing, requirement gathering, documentation, support, customer interaction. This consultant will be hands on 100% of the time.
Complete knowledge of all the tables in Ben and Ben Admin, set up of those tables is necessary.
This person will be customer facing, so good communication skills are required.
