HRIS Testing Coordinator 

 

Background:

 

Our client is currently in the middle of an extremely large HCM ERP Consolidation Project in over 30, 000 employees coming from various legacy systems will be going onto a new version of Success Factors for their overall HCM system, as well as Kronos for their Time Tracking system.  Our client will be going live soon with one of the phases (multiple other phases still to come) and need all applications and their IT Infrastructure are set up appropriately.   

Project Description:

Our client is looking for a HRIS Testing Coordinator who has both hands-on experience executing test scripts and test cases for various HR Applications using the testing tools HP Quality Center and JIRA, as well as some Test Lead experience.  This person must be comfortable working with both the HR Business Leads as well as various IT Department Leads to help facilitate UAT Testing, Parallel Testing, and System Integration Testing within HRIS. 

Required:
 
  • HRIS & HRIT Testing Experience; including UAT, Parallel, and Systems Integration Testing
  • Hands-on experience creating test scripts / test cases using either HPQC or JIRA
  • Experience doing both Manuel and Automated Testing
  • Experience acting as a Test Lead to do the following:
    • Able to liaise with all project team members to keep testing on target
    • Provide Metrics daily (testing and defect)
    • Lead meetings (daily stand-up and daily defect)
  • Extremely organized, articulate, with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Kronos Application Experience is a plus
  • SuccessFactors experience is a plus
  • HR ERP Implementation Experience as a Testing Coordinator, QA Tester, or Test Lead
  • Basic technical knowledge of HR ERP Systems
  • Well spoken
  • Ability to be assertive and direct, yet empathetic, ability to work with different types of personalities throughout all levels of the organization effectively
