Background:

 

Our client is currently in the middle of an extremely large HCM ERP Consolidation Project in over 30, 000 employees coming from various legacy systems will be going onto a new version of Success Factors for their overall HCM system, as well as Kronos for their Time Tracking system.  Our client will be going live soon and need to ensure Single-Sign-On for their end users is set up correctly.   

Project Description:

Our client is looking for an HRIT User Accessibility Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the activities associated with ensuring the coordination of Single Sign On (SSO) user access to HR Applications and portals, including Identity Management.  This person will primarily be working with members of the HRIT, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Infrastructure teams.  Additionally, interface will be required with project stakeholders and project team members- those who will provide requirements, information, and consultation – to include (but not limited to) HRIS, HR, Payroll, and other Program Management personnel. 

Ideally this person will have HR Application experience with a large HR ERP System as well as experience with the Kronos Application.  However, application experience isn’ t as important as true Project / Program Management Experience.  This person must have experience managing projects providing support to business and/or HR systems. This person must be familiar with general requirements gathering for user/network access and an understanding of how to create technical requirements associated with applications is required. This person must have experience with Single-Sign-On as well, ideally having managed a Project around SSO. 

 

 

Required:
 
  • HR Systems Project Management Experience: 10-15 years
  • PMP Certified
  • Expert level understanding of Single-Sign-On as it relates to HR Applications & Time Tracking Applications
  • MIM Project Management Experience (Microsoft Identity Management)
  • Sharepoint or similar Web Application experience
  • HR Portal implementation experience
  • understanding of creating groups based on active directory, defining user access, security, permission lists, etc. 
  • HRIT Project Management Experience: 7+ years
  • Expert level understanding of Single-Sign-On as it relates to HR Applications & Time Tracking Applications
  • HRIT Project / Program Manager Experience
  • Experience working with organization with 10, 000 employees plus
  • Kronos Project Management Experience
  • SuccessFactors experience is a plus
  • Time and Attendance Data Conversion / System Consolidation / Acquisition Project Manager Experience
  • Multiple FLC’ s
  • Basic technical knowledge of HR ERP Systems
  • Well spoken
  • Ability to be assertive and direct, yet empathetic, ability to work with different types of personalities throughout all levels of the organization effectively
