Help Desk Analyst

Program and Project Description:

Our client is prime on a government program that focuses supporting the customers mission. They are looking add a Help Desk Analyst to their team immediately.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Help Desk analyst will be responsible for providing Tier 1 Helpdesk (HD) functions supporting the client’ s customers by providing customer satisfaction and service.  They will provide quality and efficient turnaround time of tickets that are input into the Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM) system. They will be the Point of Contact for information and communication, as well as be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful metrics.

They will be responsible for electronic key management, PKI digital certificates, encryption processes, and IP routing mechanisms as well.

The candidate must have effective writing and communication skills, as well as work well in a team environment.

Required:
  • Must have at least 5 years of Help Desk experience
  • Must have experience with PKI, encryption processes and electronic key management

Desired:
  • HP Service Manager experience
