Oracle Cloud Technical Reports Specialist
Our client recently migrated from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud for the full Cloud HCM suite including but not limited to Payroll, Time & Labor, Performance, Talent, Succession, and Compensation. Their next project is a large report remediation that they are currently focusing on. While each of the above modules is important to them, the skillset they are lacking in house currently is a technical person to build out reports from the Payroll module.
The client needs a senior level Technical Oracle Cloud Reports Specialist consultant who has experience building out and developing new Payroll reports from scratch. They have someone on the team that will be gathering the requirements for these reports so this person will need to take the requirements and actually build the reports.
While the main focus will be specific to Payroll reports, if this person has experience developing Time & Labor reports that will be a plus because they will likely do some work on that module as well.
This day to day work that this person will be doing will be 100% technical by developing new reports. As mentioned above, the team has a functional person working on gathering the requirements but if this person had any functional knowledge that would be beneficial as this person may jump in and help gather some of the requirements as well.
This person will need to have experience reading and writing SQL code from scratch.
This person will need to interact with the functional team, the business, as well as other members on the technical team so communication skills are key.
