PeopleSoft Core HR Functional Lead


The client is currently live on PeopleSoft 9.2 for the entire HCM Suite. They also run Kronos for Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler. They are highly customized on v9.2 with Tools 8.55. They recently acquired another organization and will be putting them onto their existing PeopleSoft HCM platform. They are in need of a PeopleSoft Core HR Functional Lead to assist with both the hands on work of the integration as well as lead the team of Functional Analysts & Business Analysts through this acquisition.


Job Responsibilities:

Our client needs a consultant who can lead the integration of this new company into their PeopleSoft Core HR module. This will be a hands-on lead role so they will need to do hands on configuration as well as lead other Functional/Business Analysts that will also be doing configuration.


They will come in and hit the ground running with gathering requirements of the new organization and do the documentation required to put this organization onto their PeopleSoft platform.


This person must have worked on a similar integration in the past. If they do not have acquisition integration experience they likely will not be a good fit for this role. They must have experience with several full life cycle implementations as they will be taking this project all the way from the initial phase of gathering requirements through design, configuration, go live, and post production support.


This is also a 100% functional role. They will be interacting with both developers in IT as well as the business and end user so communication skills are extremely important for this role.


This person should have experience with SQL as well as Data Analysis.

  • Experience leading an implementation on v9.2
  • Core HR v9.2 hands on configuration
  • Several Full Life Cycle Implementations for an acquisition
