PeopleSoft HCM Developer (Temp to Perm)
PeopleSoft Technical HCM Developer
Our client is currently live on PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) with PeopleTools 8.53. They will be upgrading PeopleTools to 8.55. They are also using PUM image 9 and will be upgrading to image 22. They will also be adding dashboards as well as implementing a few new modules. In addition to these projects, they tend to acquire additional companies and could see integration work be in the near future.
Day to Day responsibilities:
They are looking for a consultant who has made a career out of being an HCM developer to help out with new both support work as well as project work.
This consultant must have strong skills with PeopleCode as they will be creating any new code for the dashboards as needed for the Core HR, Ben Admin, and Payroll. Technically, they use Component Interface and App Engine a lot so experience with both of these tools are required.
While this person will be on the technical team as a developer, they will work alongside the functional team quite a bit so communication skills and some functional skills are required.
- PeopleSoft HCM 8-10 years (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll)
- 9.2 HCM experience
- 80% Technical, 20% Functional
- Expert with PeopleCode, Component Interface, App Engine
- Ability to sit in workshops with users and other analysts and have educated discussions on best approaches
