PeopleSoft MSS Assessment

 

Environment:

The client runs most of the PeopleSoft HCM suite but does not run Manager Self Service. They are live on v9.2 but still use manual reporting. They want to get rid of their manual reporting and replace it with more of an automated reporting solution. They are thinking of implementing MSS for it (although they are unsure if this is the right way to go). Due to the uncertainty, they want to bring in a Functional HCM resource to do an HCM Assessment to see if Manager Self Service is the right solution for the organization.

 

Project:

They need someone who has implemented Manager Self Service on PeopleSoft v9.2 before to come in and show the team the different functionalities of MSS and how it will replace their manual reporting. They need this person to have experience with the HR Workflow Process. The person must also be an expert with workflow automation. This must should be knowledgeable and skilled within the different eForms in MSS.

 

The person will sit the team down and do a demo of PeopleSoft MSS and will do walk through and various different training sessions to determine if it is the right solution for them. Because of this, the person must have very strong communication skills and have the ability to organize different workshops and training sessions.

 

Essential:

-          PeopleSoft 9.2 Functional Manager Self-Service

-          Has implemented MSS on PeopleSoft v9.2 before (This is a Must)

-          Has done an assessment like this before

-          Ability to do an MSS demo and walk through/training sessions

-          Workflow automation

-          PeopleSoft eForms

-          Excellent with documentation

-          Good communication skills
