PeopleSoft Techno-Functional HCM Business Analyst
The client is live on PeopleSoft v9.2 with the full HCM suite. They recently upgraded to HR v.9.2 and are in need of a PeopleSoft HCM BA to backfill a Full-Time employee that just left. The modules that this person will work on are Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll. The client is in need of a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst who has some technical capabilities.
This person will come in as a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst on the HRIS team with a focus around SQL Reporting. The system is already live on v.9.2, so a lot of the work they will be doing is support work. They will be required to build new reports and enhance existing reports using SQL. In addition, this person must be expert at building out functional specs.
This client gets various requests from the users, this person will then build out functional specs, and push that spec out to the technical team in IT. Vendor Interfaces or Reports are an example of this. Often times this person will need to build out a temporary solution to these requests using SQL in order to get it out the door until HRIS hears back from the IT Team.
This consultant should be more on the functional/BA side of things but should definitely have some technical experience as well. This consultant will not need to read or write code as the IT team handles that. The technical capabilities this person should have experience with is around SQL Reporting.
This person should have experience with Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits on v9.2. If they do not have experience with these three modules on v9.2 they will not be a good fit for the role.
