Remote HR Reporting Analyst


Project Description: Our client is currently in the middle of an extremely large HCM ERP Consolidation Project in over 30, 000 employees coming from various legacy systems will be going onto a new version of Success Factors for their overall HCM system, as well as Kronos for their Time Tracking system.  Our client will be going live soon and need to ensure Single-Sign-On for their end users is set up correctly.  


Our client is currently overwhelmed with the number of ad-hoc reporting requests from the HR Business and are looking for a motivated, eager, HR Reporting Analyst to be able to come in and work diligently, quickly, and urgently to generate these HR Reports using Microsoft Access, Excel, and some SuccessFactors. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Field Ad-Hoc Reporting Requests from the HR Business Leads & Users
    • Generate the ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Access & Excel
    • Will eventually use SuccessFactors to generate these reports, no experience with SuccessFactors required, will be trained on it
  • Must be capable of working quickly and expressing urgency on these ad-hoc reporting needs as they come in frequently and need to be generated quickly to ensure the success of the overall project
  • “ Go-Getter” Mentality and ability to self-motivate and self-manage.  Act and respond quickly to the business’ reporting needs / desires
  • Ensure HR data integrity
  • Maintain the integrity of HR data and reports


Required Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Understanding of HR data and reporting preferred
  • Experience with technology and tools used to access, manage, and report information across multiple platforms preferred – specifically Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel.
  • Broad knowledge of spreadsheet applications, statistical and relational databases and other presentation and workflow charting tools preferred
  • Proven teamwork capabilities
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives


Work Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of HR data and reporting experience
