Remote Workday Technical SME (HCM and Recruiting)

Project Description:  Our client is currently live with Workday Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking Absence and Payroll. This client is live in 52 Countries and last year focused a lot on projects around Recruiting.

Last year was a big focus on internal organization of the Workday team so our client split the project team into three agile pods for Workday configuration, support, and integration.

At this point, our client is continuing to focus on optimization in 2018 around recruiting and will be in need of a technical resource to help develop integrations, maintain/support existing integrations, and if they have the ability, assist with business process/configuration work around Workday Recruiting.

Day to day responsibilities: This consultant would oversee creating new Studio, EIB, and Core connector integrations for our client during their Workday Recruiting project. They should be comfortable working closely with the team to come up with requirements and execute on design of the integrations

This consultant should be comfortable working collaboratively with a team both remotely and on a global scale. They should also understand AGILE project methodology.

Although it is not required, it is desired that this person have experience with Workday Recruiting business processes and configuration.

Required Skills-
  • Workday Technical/Integration Expert 3+ Years
  • Expert in creating Studio, EIB, and Core connectors from scratch
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting Integrations
  • Ability to support/maintain/troubleshoot existing HCM, Benefits, Payroll integrations
  • Global Workday Experience
  • Experience working with AGILE methodology

Desired
  • Workday Recruiting functional experience
