SAP HR Admin

Project Description:   The client is a large organization currently live on SAP on Premise and SuccessFactors. They are looking for an SAP HR Admin to provide applications and operations support to users of HR Systems, including support for routine annual processes, problem resolution, local IT liaison, reporting and user training.

Day to Day Responsibilities:   The HR Admin will be responsible for trouble shooting and problem-solving HR problems and issues as well as testing and auditing reports on a daily basis. Ideally this consultant with be skilled in Organizational management and Personal Admin Modules. They are also looking for someone who has experience working the various Infotypes in PA30, in working with the Personnel actions using PA40 and the functionality of Dynamic actions, with reporting (Ad Hoc, SQ01, SQVI), Experience in data validation (SE11 and SE16), familiarity with SAP table structures, and Troubleshoot and problem-solve HRIS problems/issues and test and audit reports on a regular basis.

 

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience with SAP HR - Organizational Management and Personal Admin modules
  • Experience in working with the various Infotypes in PA30
  • Experience in working with the Personnel actions using PA40 and the functionality of Dynamic actions
  • Strong experience with reporting (Ad Hoc, SQ01, SQVI)
  • Familiarity with SAP table structures
  • Experience in data validation (SE11 and SE16)
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve HRIS problems/issues and test and audit reports on a regular basis
