Sr.  Oracle Cloud HCM Functional SME


Our client is currently live on PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 for Core HR. They are in the process of implementing the Oracle Cloud Compensation and Talent and are integrating it with PeopleSoft Core HR. The team that is currently running the project does not have the Oracle Cloud expertise that is required for this implementation and integration, so they want to bring on an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional SME expert to assist with the functional aspects of this project. After they install Compensation and Talent on Oracle Cloud, they will implement Core HR.



The client needs a senior level Oracle Cloud HCM Functional expert who has experience with Compensation, Talent and Core HR to come in and partner with the Business Analysts to lead and facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design. They will design Oracle Cloud software configuration and customizations to meet business process and business requirements.


The client will need this consultant to proactively manage project issues and risks and escalate to project leadership as needed. They will also craft, review and facilitate sign-off of assigned project deliverable. They will support change enablement, configuration and technical development.


They will also need this person to validate and test the design with stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements. Once they go live, they will need this consultant to manager knowledge transfer to the end users as well as the support resources.


While this person will be doing hands on work, this person will better versed in Oracle Cloud HCM than the current team so they will also need to review the work of the current team and help out with over the shoulder training. Because of this, perfect communication skills are key.


Candidate should have experience with both of the following:
  • Oracle Cloud Compensation and/or Talent implementation integrating with PeopleSoft HCM as core HR application.  In other words, have they specifically worked with a client that is still using PeopleSoft HCM as their Core HR application and integrate that data to Oracle Cloud to support Compensation or Talent modules?
  • Oracle Cloud Compensation and/or Talent implementation for large organization – greater than 50, 000 employees with employees in multiple countries outside North America

  • Several FLC’ s of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
  • Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM for organizations larger than 50, 000 employees
