Workday Advanced Compensation SME

Project Description: Our client is live Globally with Workday HCM for Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time tracking, Global Compensation, and Global Talent.

At this point in the project, our client is looking to bring in a consultant to help configure 5-6 incentive plans. They will be long term incentive plans, mid-term incentive plans, short term incentive plans, executive incentive plans and a couple others.

 

Day to day responsibilities: This consultant will work directly with the Compensation team to gather requirements and further understand the Compensation plans that must be configured. This consultant will then lead the configuration for the 5-6 incentive plans on their own.

This consultant will be in charge of design, configuration, testing and deployment of this plans and should also be comfortable providing knowledge transfer to our clients Compensation team.

This consultant should have multiple experiences configuring Advanced Compensation plans for

Required Skill Set
  • Workday Advanced Compensation 2-3 Years
  • Experience configuring multiple incentive plans
  • Experience with design, testing, reporting in Advanced Compensation
  • Ability to mentor full time team on Configuration
