Our client is losing their Compensation Manager to another opportunity and need an Interim Compensation Manager with Workday experience to fill in. This person will administer salary surveys, salary structures, job grading, and provide some This person also was responsible for the implementation, improvement, and support of Workday for the HR department. They were the owner for the strategic HRIS roadmap, prioritization, and planning of all initiatives.

Day to day Responsibilities: This consultant should come from a background where they are very savvy with Workday Compensation HRIS functionality and have lead a Compensation function within a company before. They  will be tasked with taking on the functional side of projects and their primary areas of leadership responsibility include data integrity, data security, compliance with SOX in Human Resources. This consultant will be asked to provide strategic direction for Workday projects in those areas and will assist with Year End projects initially (merit, bonus, equity plans.)

This person must have a very good business understanding of compensation and have the ability to work and communicate with VP level employees for all things pertaining to comp.

Towards the end of this project this consultant may be asked to help with project preparation for the data conversion to Oracle Cloud HCM.
