Our client has been live with Workday HCM for 2 years and they are looking to bring on a consultant to help with some production support and re architect their Compensation plans.

Day to day responsibilities

Our client is looking to bring on a functional Sr. Workday Architect expert to provide hands on configuration and design. You will be specifically working on their Compensation planning and HCM design. They have been live with HCM and Comp for a while now and you will be utilized for expert solutioning for their Workday projects for the next several months.

In this role, you will be adding and building from scratch new compensation plans to their existing module for functional optimization purposes and to facilitate their party payroll integration project. This is a global environment and every County outside of US and Canada uses a 3rd party payroll provider. From a HCM and Compensation perspective, you will be asked to ensure the data that is being mapped to their Payroll Vendor (TMS). The go live date for their 3rd party payroll integration is end of May 2018. You will not be responsible for building any Integrations but having a strong understanding in the part it plays with HCM and Compensation is required.
