Background: Our client is implementing Workday HCM and Financials with a go live in December 31st 2017. Our client’ s HCM and Finance team are looking for two Workday Help Desk Support consultants to help out in both the on-boarding and post go-live phases. They will need resources from both the HCM and Finance skill sets. In this role your primary responsibility will be helping the users adjust to Workday and insure proper functionality.
This is considered an important aspect of the project in order to prepare for the uptick in support calls and emails to provide Level I support to our clients associates, our client needs two additional Workday Help Desk consultants to help people who have basic questions regarding Workday HCM and Finance.
- Workday FIN exposure 1+ year
- Understanding of navigation through Workday FIN
- Ability to work with associates
- 2 plus years IT help desk experience
- Strong communication skills
