Our client is going through a large Workday Implementation and they are looking for a Workday Testing specialist. Our client is implementing Workday HCM, Talent, Performance, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting in the U.S. Our client is looking for 2 Workday testers to assist with manual testing and the creation of test scripts and cases the next couple months.
To be successful in this role these consultants should have demonstrated experience with System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and end to end testing within Workday. The consultants should also be able to give direction and provide configuration support.
These consultants will come in and assist our clients HRIS analysts by conducting functional testing and will create testing scripts and cases from scratch for the deployments of HCM, Absence, Comp, and Recruiting for the U.S.
Our client has a strong QA team in place as from that helped with all of their Peoplesoft initiatives. The testers are strong but they need individuals on the team that know Workday and can provide direction to the rest of the team members and help execute. They are looking for Workday Testing Analysts to help create scenarios, test, and begin to help with configuration.
-Workday HCM Testing experience 2-3 years
-Configuration of CORE HCM
-Experience with Absence, Compensation, Recruiting
-Expert with Manual / Automation testing in Workday
-Expert creating test scripts and test cases from scratch
-System, UAT, Regression, Integration testing experience
