Oracle HCM Cloud Sr. Techno-Functional Expert
Our client is currently live with the full Oracle Cloud HCM Suite including Core HCM, Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent, and Compensation. They need a consultant who is well versed on the entire Cloud HCM suite to come in ans assist with various projects.
The client needs a senior level Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to help out with the entire Cloud HCM suite. This person will need to have experience with Payroll and Benefits in addition to Core HR, Absence Management, Merit, Benefits, Performance Management, and Compensation.This person will help out with a variety of different projects and also assist with day to day support. They will rely on this person a lot for the day to day functions of the Oracle Cloud HCM system.
Within Core HCM, they will need to work on simple reporting as well as configuration changes.
From a Compensation perspective, they use the compensation module fully but want to implement new compensation plans to this module due to requests from the business.
From a Benefits perspective, they have Open Enrollment coming up so this person will likely need to help out with that as well. If they have open enrollment experience
This person needs to be a functional consultant. This person will need to gather requirements, develop new reports, do hands-on configuration within all of these modules, create the documentation, and do the testing. This person will need to work with the business to gather the requirements as well as create the documentation so communication skills are key.
This person must also have full life cycle, end to end, experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll. This includes both technical and functional expertise.
This person will should have experience with the Fast Formula tool.
This person must also have experience with at least Release 11. If they have experience doing integrations or testing of Release 12 that would be ideal but if they have only up to version 11 that is fine as well.
This person will need to have experience with Payroll, Benefits, Payroll and Absence Management in addition to Core HR.
Within Payroll, they will need to create new elements as well as create new Performance Management plans. Most of the requirements they will be working on are fairly customized so they will need to have experience writing complex Fast Formulas.
This is a true Techno-Functional Cloud HCM role. From a functional perspective, they must understand the flow of all these modules and must have experience doing fit gap sessions. They must have experience with hands on configuration within all of these modules. From a technical perspective they must have experience reading and writing code as well as creating fast formulas. This is a high level Oracle Cloud HCM Subject Matter Expert role so they must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with the business.

- Several FLC’ s of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
