The client is currently live with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 with Classic Pages for Core HR, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, Payroll NA, Absence Management, ESS, and MSS. They are also live with Taleo for their recruiting platform which interfaces heavily with their PeopleSoft HCM system. They also run Kronos for timekeeping. The client is currently looking for a resource with heavy technical HCM PeopleSoft experience to act as the Tech Lead. Ideally this person’ s strongest module will be NA Payroll but as long as they are a PeopleSoft HCM Developer with lead experience they should be a good fit.
The client is aggressively acquiring other organizations and is also thinking about going to Fluid next year (Fluid is not set in stone yet) but they are looking for a resource to join their team who can also assist with production support work.
While the client does have a decent amount of acquisition work going on that this person will be assisting with, this individual must be comfortable doing production support work when the project work ends. They do not want a consultant who will leave after the project work is over, they want an individual who is comfortable maintaining a PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 system.
The client does biweekly Payroll so this person must be comfortable assisting with this. It is rare that they have issues with payroll because the system is fairly stable but every once in a while they do. In the event they have issues they must be comfortable working late on Monday & Tuesday nights every other week when the payroll cycle occurs.
Most of the development is done with App Engine and SQR but this person should also have experience with PeopleTools 8.55, PeopleCode, SQL, App Designer, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and AWE.
The client needs a resource who has several years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience that can come in and lead/coach a handful of HCM developers that do not have as much experience as them. This person must be able to accept responsibility of the team.
If this person has some functional HCM expertise making them a Techno-Functional resource that would be nice but not 100% ideal.
