PeopleSoft Technical  HCM

 

Environment:

The client is currently running v9.2 for PeopleSoft HCM. They run Core HR, TAM, ESS, MSS, NA Payroll, Compensation, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, and eApps. They will be implementing Workday with their internal team and will need a Technical HCM Consultant to assist in supporting day to day tasks on their legacy PeopleSoft environment.

 

Project:

They are looking for a technical HCM developer who can come in and hit the ground running with day to day tasks and support. Most of their work will be doing day to day production support within  the above modules. They will also do a good amount of work on the existing development but they will be brought on primarily to do support work so they must be comfortable doing this type of work.

 

This person must be comfortable doing all the necessary development around the above modules. This person must have experience with App Engine, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, PeopleTools 8.55, Component Interface and other technical tools. 100% of the work that they will be doing will be focusing on technical side of the PeopleSoft HCM system. They need to have the ability to read and write custom code and work on improvements. This person must have experience with the new integration releases.

 

This person will be working with the several different folks on the IT team so they must have perfect communication skills and must be comfortable picking up the phones to engage with different members of the team as everyone does not sit in the same building.

 

While this role is a developer role, they do like candidates who are techno-functional. This person will not be taking part in the implementation project at all, so must be comfortable working in a 100% support role for the extent of this project.

 

 

 

Required:

· PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 Development Experience

· App Engine, PeopleTools 8.55, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface

· Strong Communication – ability to communication and lead effectively with all levels of the business

· Must be comfortable being in a backfill role and not working on the Workday project
