Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist
Workday Comp. Absence & Payroll Consultant
Our client is live with Workday HCM implementation for Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll. At this point in the project the HRIT team is having trouble with Advanced Compensation and need help them with best practices, understand their compensation, and assist with the reconfiguration. They are about to implement Absence and need someone that understands best practices and provide hands on systems configuration. They are looking for someone that can also resolve Payroll issues.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
They really need a jack of all trades consultant for this role. In prioritizing their skill set as a Workday Absence Expert that is strong with Compensation and Payroll.This consultant will come in and assess their current environment and systems for Compensation and Payroll. They will begin implementing Absence. Understanding their process merit planning, performance reviews, promotions, etc. Then they will be asked to provide absence configuration expertise. This person will be providing strategic and consultative advice for their HRIT team. They are looking for someone that has experience implementing leave of Absence and has experience working in complex environments for payroll and compensation. This consultant should be able to work close with technical resources to be able to advise on changes that need to be made.
