Workday Benefits/Compensation Analyst


Project Description:

Our client is live with Workday Compensation, and going live with Workday Benefits in July. Our client is looking to bring on a Workday Benefits/Compensation Analyst to join the HRIS team and support the ongoing Workday initiatives. Our client needs a consultant capable of providing hands on configuration experience, and troubleshooting testing. Our client will be looking to use your skills specifically with Compensation and Benefits. Within these modules, you will be creating reports and analyzing the design and business requirements specifically around wellness plans, eligibility rules, and new hire information. There is a lot of ongoing conversion efforts that are being handled by their partner and in order to be successful in this role you' ll need techno/functional skills focused around implementing Workday Benefits, and supporting Workday Compensation.
