Workday Implementation Specialist (Talent/Performance/Recruiting)
Our client is currently has purchased Workday Talent, Workday Performance Management, and Workday recruiting. They will be kicking off Workday Talent and Performance Management implementation in April and they are looking for a Workday Implementation Specialist to help them with the end-to-end implementation of Workday Talent/Performance Management for the first four months until go-live. Once they are live with Workday Talent/Performance they will be implementing Workday Recruiting end-to-end.
Our client is looking for a Workday consultant that has gone through multiple end-to-end implementations. They are looking for this consultant to be very strong with Talent / Performance Management and Recruiting. This consultant should be able to give best practices and help with business process configuration for these modules.
From a Talent/Performance Management standpoint this consultant should be able to help with Performance Review Templates, Skills and Experiences, Feedback, Worker Profile Groups and Content Groups, Worklet Configuration, Pre-delivered Reports and Analytics, Goal Management, Competencies, Talent Matrixes, and Succession Planning.
From a Recruiting standpoint this consultant should be able to help with USA Configurations, Security Configurations, Recruiting Setup Tables, Data Conversion, Recruiting related Business Processes, Candidate Notifications, and Business Process Remediation.
They want this consultant to help provide information on additional functionality for these modules as well.
