Kronos Dimensions Functional Lead
Our client is going to be implementing Kronos Dimensions (their latest SaaS offering) system wide for all non-crew employees. This includes four labor workgroups, all with complex contracts. The program is currently planned over at 14-month timeframe and 12, 000 employees in all.
The client is currently on Kronos v6.3 with one of the labor contracts configured the legacy OASYS time keeping system and E-Time for management and all nonunion employees. Other companies within the organization are also on v6.3
The client is implementing with a 3rd party and is in need of a Kronos functional lead to act as liaison and work in the best interest of the client. They will be working hand in hand with the System Integrator and internal employees. The client will be integrating with PeopleSoft for demographics, accruals and payroll, and a third-party roster/scheduling cloud application called RosterApps. RosterApps will be the primary front-end for employees in support of scheduling, trade, OT and other exception processes in addition to the InTouch clock intelligence planned in support of punch exceptions.
The client is in need of an experienced Kronos Workforce implementation specialist with full lifecycle deployment experience of complex timekeeping implementations based on Kronos WFC version 8, 8.2 ideally. Finding someone who has that and ANY experience with Kronos Dimensions would be even more ideal.
This person will be working with process design, functional and data design, configuration experience and technical integration design experience. The person would be more functional than technical. Experience with implementation of Labor agreements is preferred as these are the majority of which we will be implementing.
