PeopleSoft Functional eCompensation

Background:

The client is currently live on PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 for Core HR, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, ePerformance, Recruiting, e-apps (eBen, eProfile), Self Service (ESS, MSS, etc). They are implementing eCompensation and need a functional eComp resource to help them implement the module.  They are doing Merit Planning but not incentive planning. They have a little bit of Variable Comp installed but are doing all of that manually so that Variable Comp really won' t be a part of the project, although they do have Position Management installed as well. They are also on image 21. 

Project:

The consultant will come in and hit the ground running with 100% functional work in order to help implement eComp. This person will be the liaison between the IT organization and the Business in order to implement eComp and integrate it with the ePerformance module.

The two main tasks they need this person to assist with are:
  • Doing hands on configuration on the eComp module
  • Training the HRIS and Compensation department on how to use the eCompensation module

This person must have done both of the above bullets in a previous role. If they have not, they will likely not be a good fit for the role since they will be the go to person for the eCompensation module.

The person hired will likely have several end to end full life cycle implementations of PeopleSoft eCompensation in a live v9.2 HCM environment.

Seeing as this person will be the liaison between the IT and the Business and will be interacting with both developers as well as folks on the compensation team, this person must have perfect communication skills.

Required:
  • PeopleSoft v9.2 Functional eComp experience
  • eComp hands on configuration
  • experience training other people on the eComp module
  • Perfect communication skills
