ServiceNow ITSM Developer (order guides)


This client is the midst of a major ServiceNow upgrade to Kingston on the ITSM side.  They use most of the modules within ITSM including incident, problem, change, knowledge, and service catalog.  They are currently working on getting “ order guides” rolled out within the Kingston version and need a very senior developer to handle all the necessary development that goes in support of order guides including some minor redesign and customizations. 


The client needs a very strong ServiceNow ITSM developer.  This person will need to have basic administration skills including; LDAP integrations, data access, etc.  All of the hands on work will be 100% as a developer focusing on ITSM on the Kingston version.  This person needs to have at least one Kingston effort.  As a developer the person MUST be a very strong technical expert with all of the following; API, UI scripts, client scripts, java script, UA policies, scripting, active directory, integrations, html, and java.  The majority of the development efforts especially in the beginning will be around “ order guides” so the person will also have user provision experience.  They need to be comfortable taking requirements and doing extensive development in support of this functionality.  This person will need previous experience developing for “ order guides” in order to design, develop, and rollout all the necessary development that is needed.  They will also deal with some redesign work as they finish the overall Kingston upgrade.  Lastly this expert will work on some integration work once the order guides portion of this effort is developed. 

Our client is looking for someone with 5 plus years of servicenow dev experience.   This means extensive experience with forms, templates, portal catalog, and service portal. They need to have worked on a release upgrade and will be very technically tested in an interview format on technical knowledge.   They need to speak to extensive experience with java development within servicenow and exactly what they have done.
