Our client is continuing to expand their existing ServiceNow footprint. They are continuing to add on modules and make enhancements to what they have in place. Their systems for ServiceNow are very complex as they integrate with a lot of different locations and systems.

Our client is looking or a Sr. ITIL Business Analysts that has experience with process solutions within ServiceNow.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

The first week will consistent of meeting team members within the IT Service Management group and understanding the customers and there are around 1, 200 ITIL users.

Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst that is extremely well versed in ITIL ServiceNow. This consultant should have experience with process solutions to help companies better run their existing processes. This consultant will help with all processes with Service Management. The ideal candidate will be able to gather requirements from the customers and then work with the developer within the SDLC. Our client runs two-week long sprints and this consultant should have experience working in AGILE methodology. 80% of the customers are within IT. Experience with Change-Management ServiceNow is extremely important in this environment.
