Workday Benefits SME (REMOTE)

 

Background: The client went live back in 2015 and it only took them 3 month to implement an entire suite. Since going live, they have been having issues across the board with their modules bc Workday has had several updates and they have not been able to update accordingly. Long story short there are several modifications and updates necessary, they essentially need a complete overhaul and relaunch of WD. Currently they are putting their focus on Workday Benefits and would like a specialist to come in and Work alongside the HRIS Director  to help with Auditing and reporting, configuration and overall business processes. 
 

Project: The person the client would like to bring on to help support the HRIS team with the following:
  • Work closely with Senior Manager, HRIS and Deputy Director, Human Resources to provide best practice recommendations around current benefits configuration; provide status updates against key deliverables
  • Reconfigure Workday for FSA deductions (new hires and terminations)
  • Reconfigure Workday for passive events (drop coverage for dependents, retirement contributions)
  • Reconfigure Workday for retirement contributions (configure deductions, calculate prior years of service)
  • Reconfigure Workday for new hire benefits elections (“ Change Benefits” task functionality)
  • Work with internal staff to document configuration of aforementioned Workday processes

Required:
  • Workday Benefits 3+years
  • Hands on Workday Benefits configuration 2-3 projects
  • Workday benefits knowledge transfer
  • Open enrollment 3+years
