Workday Change Management/Business Process Redesign Consultant

Project Description:

Our client is currently live with Workday HCM, Jobvite, and other home-grown systems across the organization. The project will focus on improving end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within HR and with cross functional partners. The redesign aims to enhance operational effectiveness by streamlining processes, removing barriers to execution, and increasing efficiency, resulting in better service delivery.

The ideal consultant will collaborate with internal teams to evaluate the current state, develop future state processes, and help drive change with a cross functional team.  This consultant is expected to coach project team members on process redesign principles and facilitate workshops with cross functional partners. 

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Assess current state processes and workflows
  • Identify potential improvement and/or automation opportunities
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate process redesign workshops  
  • Evaluate improvements to processes through process mapping, design thinking, gap analysis, business process reengineering, etc.
  • Develop process maps of high level and detailed processes, including supporting documentation for implementation and change management
  • Develop a change management strategy that will drive adoption and enablement for impacted audiences (employees, managers, administrators, departments, etc)
