Workday Compensation Director

Background:

Our Client is currently implementing Workday HCM (Compensation, Recruiting, Performance, Talent Management, and Payroll). They currently require a Workday Compensation Director to assist with their implementation and through Go-Live. They have 33, 000 employees located in the United States.

Project:

This consultant will have comprehensive compensation and market knowledge. The Director will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration and oversight of Company-wide compensation plans and programs, both broad based and executive. The Director, Compensation also is responsible for mobility, equity and deferred compensation plan administration and compliance.

This consultant will provide expertise to the company in areas of compensation, including salary structure and administration, short- and long-term incentive programs, equity plan administration, job evaluations, market data, trends, and sales commission plans for eligible employees.

Required:
  • Workday Compensation Experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Experience in Business, Accounting, Human Resources
