Workday Conversion Architect

Background:

Our client is live with Workday CORE HCM and Recruiting in the U.S. and they are continuing to implement globally. They are in need of a Workday Conversion Architect to help with best practices, data conversion, and the rollout of HCM. The conversion technologies will vary based on the country being supported. For example, they may be converting SAP SuccessFactors to Workday.  

Day to day responsibilities

This Workday Conversion Architect will help to come up with pro-active solutions as our company continues to implement globally and they are also going through a large Merger and Acquisition.

They are looking someone that has multiple years of experience with Workday and/or conversion experience on large system implementations is preferred. Ideally, this individual will have a Workday certification in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). The focus of this role will be on HCM and our company would like this person to have a Workday certification in Human Capital Management (HCM) Services, and industry experience building configuration. This consultant will be responsible for Architecting and implementing a conversion solution for Workday/ADP implementations that is sustainable. This consultant will be responsible for oversight the Workday/ADP conversion schedule across countries. This role will be working closely with HR, Payroll and Digital leadership teams accordingly to manage resource and system constraints, while supporting the project timeline goals.
