Project Description:

Our client is currently live with the Workday HCM suite including CoreHR, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll. Over the next 12 months they plan to add additional modules including Advanced Compensation, Learning, ATS, and Performance. Currently, our client feels prepared to support Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Payroll on their own.

Our client needs to hire a Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits SME to provide hands on functional support. To be successful in this role you will need strong configuration, testing, and reporting skills doing a variety of optimization and support tasks. The internal team will rely on this resource for ongoing post production support. The most important thing for our client is a consultant that delivers a detailed knowledge transfer.

Workday Benefits is a major focus of this project. This consultant will need to help our client get through Open Enrollment in November. During open enrollment the workload will increase. The project will include configuration, plan changes, cost changes, MAYBE new vendor changes. Another major project will be an implementation of Advanced Compensation. This consultant may or may not be selected to lead the implementation effort. Any Advanced Compensation experience is a huge plus.
