Our client is experiencing a high volume of tickets in Workday that require a strong functional Workday HCM Expert to make the necessary changes. The focus will be in job profiles and HR position management ensuring that the configuration changes are correct.
Day to day responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for fielding high level tickets and troubleshooting the issues. You must have a strong background with configuring areas such as compensation grades, relocation packages, salary vs one-time payment fields, and other advanced compensation requirements for the employee data.
