Project Description:

Our client is currently live with the Workday HCM suite including CoreHR, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. They’ ve been live for 1+ years and are now undergoing a sizable merger. Because of the merger the company is experiencing an increase in Workday HCM transactions/tickets/reports.

Our client needs to hire a Workday consultant to fill in as an HR Operations analyst for the remainder of the year. To be successful in this role you must be able to efficiently manage Workday HCM transactions, tickets, and ad hoc reports from scratch. This consultant will be responsible for system testing, report writing, transactions, data loading, scheduling reports, functional HR tasks, and basic Workday HCM problem resolution.

Day to Day:

- Workday HCM Reporting 
- Workday HCM Dashboarding 
- Turnover Reports
- Functional Workday HCM Transactions 
- Explaining reports to executives 
- HR Data/Analytics Projects
- Affirmative Action Reports 
- Federal Government Reports 

Required Skills:
  • Workday Testing Experience
  • Workday Production Support Experience
  • Functional Workday HCM experience 1+ years
  • HRIS/HR Experience 5+ years’
  • Workday Reporting Experience
  • Data Loading Experience
  • Merger & Acquisition Experience
