Workday HRIS Specialist (Reporting and HCM)

Project Description:

Our client is live globally with Workday HCM for Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time tracking, Global Compensation, and Global Talent.

At this point in the project, our client is looking to bring in a consultant to help with year-end reporting. They will be creating EEO1 and ACA reports along with helping complete general HCM tickets and end of the year projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

This consultant will come in and provide the extra hands on work for year-end activities. They will be asked to help our client create end of the year reports such as ACA reports, and EEO1 reports. In addition to this, our client has been dealing with a backlog of tickets they would like to go through and solve.

This consultant should have experience with functional HCM activities to help their HRIS team catchup on tickets. This consultant may also help the team with remaining year end HCM projects. This consultant will be responsible for assuring best practices within workday, helping with knowledge transfer, also creating reports, and training documents for the future.

Required Skills:
  • Workday Functional HRIS Analyst 2-3+ years
  • Workday Reporting experience (yearend reports)
  • Workday Core HCM
  • Experience helping with ticketing/troubleshooting
