Workday Help Desk Project Manager

Background:

Our client is currently implementing the Workday HCM Suite (Core HR, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll in North America) for 200, 000 employees. They require a Workday Help Desk Project Manager to assist with their implementation and post production support.

Project:

This consultant will have led a help desk for a large global company in the past. This consultant will be asked to help create a training plan and provide training to members of the team.

This consultant will be asked to advise team leads what type of questions will be asked by end users, the expected inbound call/ticket volume from end users through implementation and post go live. This consultant will also help build a knowledge library to help decrease the amount of questions that arise.

Lastly, this consultant will advise the team how to staff an internal Workday help desk.

Required:
  • Workday Help Desk Project Manager
  • Workday Training and Training Plans
  • Experience building a road map for headcount for a help desk
