Workday Reporting Lead

Project Description:

Our client is in the process of implementing Workday HCM globally. They are roughly 4 months away from go live, and they’ re moving from SAP to Workday. One major pain point for the project team is a lack of Workday reporting experience during the implementation. They do not have the internal experience to drive the Workday reporting design/testing/build for Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits.

Day to Day:

In this role you will lead the 2nd wave of reporting work for Workday Payroll, Time, and Benefits in partnership with our client’ s internal reporting team members. You will be responsible for facilitating/gathering detailed reporting requirements for Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking processes. You will independently drive Workday reporting design. You will configure, and unit test the Workday reports. Finally, you will coordinate the testing of reports with functional teams then mentor and coach internal reporting teams. To be successful in this role you will be expected to leave a detailed knowledge transfer.

  • Global Workday HCM Reporting Implementation Experience

  • Workday Benefits Reporting Experience
