                                                Workday Talent Management Lead


Our client is set to go live with Workday Talent Management in September of 2019 which is part of Phase 2 of their Workday rollout. The client is moving to a continuous feedback model for talent and they want Workday to reflect this change. You will be coming in to lead the fulltime team as well as counterparts from Accenture in moving to Workday talent.

In this role, you will be coming in to lead the fulltime HRIS team as well as counterparts from Accenture in the phase 2 implementation of Workday Talent Management. The main focus here will be providing insight as to how they will go about moving onto a continuous feedback  model.   You will be coming in to evaluate the current Performance Review process, help define requirements for the transition to WD Talent and assist with configuration and testing. You will be mostly hands off; analyzing current processes and how these processes can be improved within Workday, however you should have experience with hands on configuration should the team need assistance. The most important thing here is experience with the continuous feedback  model. The beginning of the project will involve process design and strategy while the latter portion of the implementation will involve build and configuration.

-Workday Talent Management (3+ years)

-Experience with Continuous feedback  model

-Experience leading a Workday Talent Management implementation

- Hands on Business process configuration w/ Workday Talent Management



-          Testing Experience within Workday
