Project Description:

Our client is through phase 2 of their implementation. Our client has gone through a global implementation and also harmonization. They are currently live with CORE HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Performance Management, Time-tracking, Absence, and Compensation. Our client is in their stabilization phase. They are currently looking for a Workday Time-Tracking expert to come in and help hit the ground running. They want this person to be able to help with the harmonization and have strong knowledge in how the system works. It would be great if they knew Kronos or have experience with other Time-Tracking modules to compare and provide strategic advice.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Working closely with the HRIS Team, this consultant will be dealing with all aspects of the implementation of Workday Time-Tracking. This consultant should be comfortable with all aspects of a functional role including configuration, design, testing, and support for Workday Time-Tracking. Due to our customer’ s environment, this consultant should also have some experience and understanding of Absence and Payroll.

Our client is looking for someone that has been in the trenches for Time-Tracking and can help provide best practices. They are looking for someone with experience with borrowed PTO, retro-time, the ins and outs of time off planning. Once the consultant understands the policies of our client he/she should be able to understand different configurations within unpaid time and come up with best practices.
